In response to Amazon Web Services (AWS) end of life announcement for certain Aurora RDS versions, CyberArk will be updating our service backend infrastructure.
Expected downtime during the upgrade: 20 minutes.
The upgrades will be performed within the maintenance windows and in the dates as listed below.
- 25 January 2026 - Singapore, Sindey, London, Canada
- 01 February 2026 - N. Virginia
- 08 February 2026 - Frankfurt
The upgrade is conducted within the maintenance windows:
- Americas and EMEA, Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (08:30am-11:00am UTC) - Asia-Pacific & Japan, Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm UTC)
